Belvalkar Group has a strong mindshare among Pune’s homebuyers. On Singhagad Road they have several residential communities as well. The challenge was to launch the last premium tower at their Sarita Vaibhav project.


Our Idea:

  1. Thorough study of the project’s challenges, target audience, in-depth customer profiles, and competitor analysis.
  2. Sharp brand strategy pin-pointing the exact needs of the target audience and their emotional connect with the city of Pune.
  3. Ideation and creation of focussed campaigns in Marathi with strong messaging and relatable visuals.
  4. We amplified each campaign across traditional and digital growth channels to maximise the impact and shorten the sales cycle.


In just one year (Jan. 2020 to Dec. 2020) since the first campaign Sarita Vaibhav has seen sales of 31 units (out of a total 48) at an average price of Rs.90 lacs per apartment.
