Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) ever since its inception in 2001, made rapid strides in providing quality education to many students. It is one of the largest autonomous distance learning education institutes in India. 

Their main requirement are as follow

  • What is their primary source of website traffic?
  • What are their previous marketing budget and total amount spent?
  • Do they have any existing content available for repurposing
  • How many admissions are required and the time frame for achieving the results?

Solution

  • We segregated the existing lists and database using HubSpot smart lists based on the requirements of the students who looked for the courses. 
  • We created customised campaigns based on the segregated targeting via smart lists, i.e. #highwaytosuccess campaign, course wise email nurturing, customer survey and countdown campaign that showcased the courses and provided the readers with personalised details as per their requirements. 
  • We performed extensive inbound marketing and performance marketing with paid ads, lead nurturing emails and workflows, social posts, blogs and SEO and other content assets.

Results

The whole strategy was extraordinarily successful which increased the leads to conversion ratio to 43.35% in just four months, This resulted an increase in their business and goodwill.
