Goel Ganga Group is already an established player in Pune’s real estate market. With a view to take their presence to the next level, the group wanted to launch a bouquet of projects – a 30-acre township, India’s first millennial-centric homes, and extra-large 3 BHK homes – across Pune.

Our Idea:

  1. Thorough study of each project’s challenges, target audience, in-depth customer profiles, and competitor analysis.
  2. End-to-end brand strategy beginning with customer interactions, leading to tailored solutions for each project.
  3. Creation of 3 branding ideas – Legendary Living, Swag Per Square Foot, and Live the XL Life. Under these master ideas, Seagull created category-defining identity designs, ideated and executed several brand campaigns, and worked on specific marketing collaterals for each project.
  4. We amplified each 360-degree campaign across traditional and digital growth channels to maximise the impact and shorten the sales cycle.

Results

Each of the projects received fantastic response even during the 2020 pandemic period. In fact, between the period of July to September 2020, the group secured as astounding 200 sales (across 3 projects) in just 100 days!
