Challenges

Established in 1963, HVB Global Academy is one of South Mumbai’s earliest schools. However, despite being a Cambridge-affiliated school for over 6 years, the school had an old-world image instead of the new-age international education powerhouse that it actually is.

Our Idea:

  1. Thorough study of the school’s challenges, target students and parents, in-depth parent profiles, and competitor analysis.
  2. End-to-end brand strategy to reposition HVB Global Academy as South Mumbai’s Premier Cambridge International School.
  3. Creation of the branding idea - Get Set For Life. Under this master idea, Seagull ideated and executed several brand campaigns, marketing collaterals, and even tweaked the school’s brand identity.
  4. For each of the school’s sections, we created customised advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Results

HVB Global Academy has been recognized as a ‘Global League Institute 2019-20’ at the House of Commons, UK. Apart from this, the Times School Survey 2020 ranked HVBGA as South Mumbai’s No.1 Cambridge International School and No.4 in Mumbai overall. Today the school is viewed as the preferred international school among parents in South Mumbai.
